Tongue & Cheek Hosts Crux for an "Epic Evening"

Culinary enthusiasts will have an opportunity to take part in an unforgettable dining experience whenJamie DeRosa, chef/owner of Tongue & Cheek restaurant, South Beach’s newest savory sensation,hosts visiting chef Brandon Baltzley, author and chef/owner of Chicago’s famed CRUX restaurant, andJeremiah Bullfrog of Miami’s own GastroPod, South Florida’s roving gourmet kitchen, for an exclusivedining event. The night will feature an eclectic seven-course menu, highlighting the creative, technique-driven cuisine for which each chef is known.
