Genuinely Swank benefiting the James Beard Foundation

This season Swank Specialty Produce collaborates with the best of our local and nationally known chefs to host five al fresco luncheons in their own field of greens. The acclaimed chefs will produce multi-course meals using produce from the best of our state's farmers, ranchers, artisanal producers, micro-brewers, and organic wine makers. A portion of the proceeds from each event will benefit local charities.

On Sunday, April 7th, the series will end with Michael's Genuine culinary team. Executive Pastry Chef, Hedy Goldsmith will be availble to sign her new book, "Baking Out Loud." Swank Specialty Produce have delighted customers and chefs with their  bright vegetables, exquisite greens, and fragrant herbs for the past 10 years.
