Whether you're looking for the latest Miami hotspot, hottest red carpet event, or just want to rub shoulders with fellow foodies (and the occasional celebrity chef), The Digest Miami Foodie Calendar will keep you in the know.
Chef Lomas of the Catalan-inspired concept, NIU Kitchen, and Co-owner Karina Iglesias are bringing their eclectic take on authentic Spanish cuisine to this one-night-only gathering, at Mignonette April 27th. The evening of scrumptious delights will feature a 10-course menu of new dishes from each of the chefs in the areas of crudo, soup/salad, seafood, protein and dessert.
Guests will luxuriate in an evening full of eccentric dishes such as, raw shrimp tartar and lamb braciole as part of the one of a kind feast. The Migniukitchenette experience will also incorporate paired wines by Spanish label Cerdá, Llanos y Cía, to compliment the lavish flavors of each course. A reception will begin at 7 with passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by the dinner beginning promptly at 7:30. The dinner is limited to 40 seats and reservations are required.
