Whether you're looking for the latest Miami hotspot, hottest red carpet event, or just want to rub shoulders with fellow foodies (and the occasional celebrity chef), The Digest Miami Foodie Calendar will keep you in the know.
Guests will cook alongside Chef Norman Van Aken, “considered South Florida’s most gifted chef” by The New York Times.
The theme this year is inspired by celebrity Chef Norman Van Aken’s new cookbook, “My Key West Kitchen.” John Richards and the culinary students of the Miami Culinary Institute will also be on hand to assist our guests in whipping up the night’s delicious courses. It will be a fun evening with over 500 of our community’s leaders joining together in support of a cause where we can help save lives and celebrate life!
Funds raised will benefit Baptist Health Breast Center’s CareCoach and Genetic Testing Programs, which provide compassionate support and individualized attention to breast cancer patients and their families during and after treatment. The center’s genetic testing program also educates patients as to whether they carry genes linked to an increased breast cancer risk.
