Macchialina Taverna launches a summer pop-up serving New York/Philly style sandwiches.
Chef/Owner Michael Pirolo of Macchialina Taverna Rustica launched his newest concept. Pirolo’s Panino, a casual New York/Philly-inspired sandwich shop is a summer pop-up located inside the existing Macchialina restaurant. The no-fuss eatery will dish out mouthwatering sandwiches made with quality meats (some housemade), cheeses, veggies and sauces on local artisan breads, as well as crisp salads and delicious sides, all with Chef Pirolo’s deft touch and light sense of humor. Expect to find choices like Banh Mi(lano), The Godfather, and Jive Turkey as well as well as rotating guest chef sandwich specials from Miami locals including Pubbelly’s Jose Mendin, Eating House’s Giorgio Rapicavoli, Scarpetta’s Nina Compton and Tongue & Cheek’s Jamie DeRosa. Open Daily Noon to 3PM
