Three Restaurant to Host Dwyane Wade’s Private Chef

Chef Norman Van Aken and Three Restaurant will be collaborating with Chef Richard Igraham on a five course menu in the Wynwood Arcade on June 20, 2018.

Specializing in high level home cooking, with sports nutrition always at the forefront, Ingraham will join Chef Norman Van Aken and Three’s pastry chef, Mame Sow, in crafting a five-course, seated dinner in the Three kitchen. Expect a complimentary cocktail reception followed by five decadent, wine-paired courses.

Ingraham, a Miami native, is the founder of private chef network ChefRLI, author of Eating Well to Win, and private chef to many notable clients. His current and past client list includes Yonder Alonso, GOYA Foods, BET, Walmart, Demarcus Cousins, Olivier Vernon, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Ricky Jean Francois, and Miami’s own Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union.

Located in the the heart of Wynwood, Three embraces Florida style in both cuisine and decor. The space features bright, leafy green and teal hues maintaining an elegant, yet approachable vibe. Chef Norman Van Aken is best known for for his New World Cuisine that “celebrates the ethnic diversity and food history of Florida in a globally-informed way.”
