Stiltsville Fish Bar, the latest offering from culinary duo Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth
is set to open in Miami Beach’s Sunset Harbour neighborhood this Friday, September 29, 2017.
Drawing inspiration from McInnis’ childhood in the Florida panhandle, the new concept will highlight Florida’s abundant selection of seafood and local ingredients.
Expect a variety of menu options including a snack section ranging from $7- $14. We've got our heart set on trying the Smokin’ Havana Scallop prepared with Cuban tobacco smoked plantain.
Larger Plates are feature a hearty selection of seafood, pasta and meat options. Decadent Gnudi, Shrimp N’ Grits ($24) and Bone Marrow Crusted N.Y. Strip ($38) are just a few of the standouts to keep in mind for your visit.
