Silent Victims of Crime (SVC) is proud to announce their first-ever 'ALL IN' Celebrity Charity Poker Night on March 11th at Nobu Miami Beach. The event will celebrate SVC's "We Stand for Kids" initiatives and feature esteemed philanthropists, celebrities, professional athletes, artists, and other VIPs, all coming together for a good cause. The event, themed "Yellowstone" western chic, will start with a warm red carpet welcome and ace-high cocktail reception, followed by the high-stakes Celebrity Poker Tournament.
The exclusive affair will also include delectable cuisine by Chef Nobu, live music performances, silent auctions, live-action painting, premium spirit tastings, cowboy hat customization experience by Rustler Hat Co., and entertainment by world-renowned mentalist, Lior Suchard, known for his impressive following of Hollywood A-listers, world leaders, and notable industry giants.
Founded by Paulette Pfeiffer (affectionately known as "Tinkerbell") 27 years ago, SVC provides mentorship and higher-education programs for children with incarcerated parents. As Tinkerbell prepares to step down as Executive Director and lobby for bills that support the SVC mission, it's crucial that the SVC message reaches a wide audience to ensure continued success.
By raising awareness for this pioneering organization, we can directly benefit the children of inmates through donations. It's important to note that Florida is a non-contact state, meaning children are not awarded any intimate one-on-one time with their parents, including hugs or kisses. However, SVC's programming works around this to coordinate contact visits for families, which is significant considering Florida is near the top of the list for states with incarcerated parents.
Please let us know if you're interested in helping us spread the news or attending the event. We'd be thrilled to coordinate interviews with Tinkerbell and introduce you to some of the organization's families to share their success stories before or after the event.
