Bulla Gastrobar restaurateurs, Juan Carlos Marchan and Carlos Centurion of Centurion Restaurant Group, are not only expanding this popular Spanish concept with several new locations throughout Florida, but also spearheading the Miami launch of a new Peruvian concept! Throughout its 45 locations worldwide, Pisco Y Nazca offers authentic Peruvian dishes and an epic selection of handcrafted Pisco! Scheduled for early Fall 2015, Pisco Y Nazca will open in Town and Country, next to Blue Martini Lounge.

Helming the new kitchen will be Executive Chef Miguel Antonio Gomez. Gomez comes to Pisco Y Nazca after years of experience at one of the greatest Peruvian concepts, La Mar by Gaston Acurio. Expect traditional, mouthwatering dishes such as Causa de Pulpo and Anticuchos.

Our sources also tell us we can look forward to an impressive full liquor bar with premium wine and spirits, along with 100 international, domestic and craft beers. Word is that they are attempting to acquire several South American beers, as long as they can import them.

In the coming months, both restaurateurs and Chef Gomez will travel to Peru to finalize agreements with Pisco 100, the popular handcrafted Pisco brand, to blend their own “Pisco Y Nazca” brand of the celebrated spirit. Stay tuned for opening announcements.
