It’s officially summer in Miami and there is nothing better than cooling yourself off with some of the best cocktails in Miami. If you find yourself hankering for a sexy way to cool down, check out these cocktails and if you’re feeling extra adventurous, order some great appetizers and dishes too!

Bar Nancy

Little Havana

Exploring Little Havana and trying to escape the disrespectful heat? Run into Bar Nancy! Their bar is nice and dark and will quickly offset the unbridled brightness outside. Do yourself a favor and check out the Banana Cannon, made with Monkey Shoulder, Cinnamon Walnut Orgeat, Gifford Banana, and Lemon. The cocktail provides a nice sweetness from the banana with the welcomed kick from the whiskey. Ahoy, Matey!

Beaker & Gray

For those of you who are nostalgic and want to revisit your childhood in an adult fashion, go check out Beaker & Gray. In an ode to a beloved character, the establishment will be serving a cocktail named That’s All Folks, a mixture of Rutte Celery Gin, Carrot, Ginger, and Cilantro. Creator Ben Potts said, “The entire brunch menu is weekend morning activity themed (video games, TV shows, characters) and this one is an homage to Looney Tunes and Bugs Bunny. The flavorful concoction combines a touch of gin with some healthful ingredients including carrot juice, ginger, and cilantro.”

FINKA Table & Tap

West Kendall

If you happen to find yourself in FINKA’s neck of the woods, make it your mission to try El Chapo. This cocktail is bright, savory, sweet—all the things you want for the summer plus an equally inventive food menu!

No. 3 Social

Cocktails at No. 3 Rooftop match its chic and whimsical vibe. One example is the outrageously, thirst-quenching Cactus Flower served in a cactus-shaped glass with a mixture of Mezcal, Aloe Liquor, Lemon, Agave, Aloe Juice, and Prosecco. Darwish Iregui, Bar Manager and creator of this cocktail says, “This cocktail is perfect summer not only because it's refreshing but a hint of spice aids in digestion and boosts the immunity."

Miami Beach

"Go ahead Romeo, stick your tongue out to that girl.”
General manager David Borowik tells us that Stripsteak’s seasonal offerings “[…] draw their inspiration from blockbuster movies that have been filmed here at the historic Fontainebleau. “Go Ahead Romeo” is a quote from the movie Scarface during the pool scene filmed on property.” Aperol ice cubes are topped with prosecco to create a “fun twist on the classic northern Italian aperitif, the Aperol Spritz. The colorful ice cubes melt into the prosecco for an eye-catching and interactive experience.
