The mysterious pop-up series, EDGE Undercover, may be making its way to Four Seasons in Miami.

EDGE Undercover offers guests a unique culinary experience guaranteed to stimulate all of your senses. Following their successful launch in Denver, this new pop-up dining series is scheduled to make its debut in Four Seasons properties throughout the country. Although no official date has been confirmed, sources tell us Four Seasons in Brickell may be hosting Undercover sometime in August.

Each Undercover event implements a different theme to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Only the location and time are revealed to a limited number of guests before they are guided through a sensory journey. Last year’s inaugural event followed a “water” theme which greeted guests with an oasis of live music and synchronized swimmers. As the evening progressed, guests were blindfolded just before another introducing another element of surprise.
