Since its inception in 2017, Once Upon a Kitchen has been a beacon for food enthusiasts, offering an exclusive opportunity to dine alongside the masterminds behind some of the globe’s most celebrated restaurants. This year, the event takes on added significance as Bottura, the visionary behind Osteria Francescana, collaborates with Martínez, the culinary genius behind Central Restaurante, recently crowned the World’s Best Restaurant in 2023.

Set against the backdrop of Miami’s vibrant W South Beach, Once Upon a Kitchen 2024 promises to be a feast for the senses. Guests will be transported to a realm where culinary boundaries are pushed and traditions are reimagined, as Bottura and Martínez showcase their innovative styles and techniques.
