South Beach Food and Wine Festival, the national, star-studded destination event that we all look forward to is finally here! With the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities in attendance, it can be hard to choose which events to go to or which food and drinks to sample. Wine Spectator’s Best of the Best at Fontainebleau

Uchi Miami

Participating for the second year in a row, Uchi Miami has tapped sous chef Cristian Canencio to create a delectable Hiramasa sashimi served with avocado foam, Fresno and jicama, giving attendees a taste of what to expect at its Wynwood outpost. Villa Azur

A regular participant of Best of the Best, Chef Carlos Torres of Villa Azur is showcasing the chic French supper club’s Raviole de roman with Truffle cream at this year’s event. Those who can’t secure tickets are in luck - the dish is also a staple on the enchanting restaurant’s menu.

Kosushi Miami

All-Day Brunch at Café Americano

With two locations on Miami Beach, Café Americano is bringing all day brunch to the scene with an extensive menu combining the best of American classics with a Latin twist. Fratelli la Bufala

Known as Miami’s first Neapolitan Pizzeria, Fratelli La Bufala has delighted palates with its authentic Italian fare in Miami Beach’s historic SoFi neighborhood since 2005. The exposed brick wood-fire ovens present a stunning visual designed to transport guests to the southern city of Naples, Italy. Mehzcla at The Balfour Hotel

Dolce Italian at Gale South Beach

Gale South Beach’s signature restaurant Dolce Italian is known for serving up some of the best authentic Italian food and handmade pasta dishes in Miami.
