The Sagamore South Beach Celebrates Its 24th Iconic Brunch During Art Week
November 26, 2025
As Miami Art Week returns this December, the city once again becomes a playground for global creatives, collectors, and culinary innovators. Beyond the galleries and installations, some of the most anticipated moments take place at the table — where chefs channel the artistic spirit of the week into unforgettable dining experiences. This year, one of the brightest highlights arrives atop Lincoln Road, where ORO, Miami Beach’s polished rooftop restaurant, unveils an exclusive two-night collaboration with New York’s acclaimed The Noortwyck.
On December 3 and 4, the two teams come together for ORO x The Noortwyck, a six-course tasting menu crafted by Chefs Andrew Quinn (The Noortwyck) and Victor Muñoz (ORO). It is a culinary meeting of minds set against sweeping skyline views, timed precisely to coincide with Miami Beach’s own golden hour — that fleeting moment when the city glows as if illuminated from within.

A Menu Framed by Sunset
The tasting menu is an ode to elegance, seasonality, and the refined playfulness both restaurants are known for. It opens with a dish as vibrant as the dusk sky: Bluefin Tuna with pear, yuzu, and anchovy, a balance of bright acidity and deep umami.
Next comes Wagyu Monaka crowned with ossetra caviar and shiso, a jewel-box bite that feels as luxurious as the setting itself. The chefs continue to layer flavors with a bold Rigatoni Fra’diavolo, enriched with red shrimp and a silky uni butter that adds depth and richness.
The evening moves into more delicate terrain with Hokkaido Scallop paired with sunchoke and horseradish — a dish that mirrors the contrast of warm sunset light against cool ocean air. Then, in a dramatic crescendo, guests are presented with an indulgent Wagyu Wellington, a modern interpretation of the classic centerpiece.
Dessert ties the experience together through nostalgia and restraint: Coffee & Donuts featuring espresso sorbet, malted cream, and playful black-and-white donuts that feel like an homage to Miami’s late-night café culture.

An Elevated Art Week Moment
With only two evenings available, ORO x The Noortwyck offers one of the most intimate and refined dining opportunities of the week. The collaboration celebrates technique and storytelling, but also Miami Beach’s evolving culinary identity — one that is increasingly defined by partnerships that feel as curated as the exhibitions taking over the city.
Held on ORO’s open-air rooftop at 818 Lincoln Road, the dinner invites guests to experience world-class cuisine in a setting that captures the energy of Art Week: cinematic views, a lively crowd, and a sense of discovery that lingers long after the final course.
