The restaurant receiving the most votes will take home $1,000, while one participating guest will win a $250 gift card to the winning restaurant.

Live-Fire Cooking, Oyster Shucking and More
This year's Seafood Slam is expanding its lineup of interactive culinary experiences.
One of the newest additions is Fresh From Florida's inaugural "Shuck'n the Sunshine State" Oyster Shucking Competition, where 15 chefs will compete in timed rounds to see who can shuck 20 oysters the fastest.
Finalists will face Ryan Norris and Nick Frame of Florida's Indian River Oyster Company in a competition celebrating one of the state's signature seafood traditions.
Guests can also gather around Wild Fork Foods' live-fire grilling experiences, featuring tastings from 20 seafood partners.
The expanded Milam's Marketplace will showcase specialty food vendors and local South Florida products, offering another opportunity to discover culinary businesses from across the region.
Returning for its second year, the Milam's Markets Home Chef Competition, hosted in partnership with Baptist Health South Florida, will give talented home cooks the opportunity to showcase their signature seafood recipes live on the Milam's Culinary Stage.
Cocktails, Music and Four Blocks of Beachfront Entertainment
Beyond the food, Seafood Slam will feature a lineup of beverage experiences, music and interactive activations throughout the festival grounds.
Guests can explore the Herradura Tequila Pop Up Party, featuring Nashville's DJ Grant Fisher in collaboration with The Sylvester and America's Backyard.
The Wodka Vodka Experience will bring together cocktails and food pairings from Hutong and The Dead Flamingo, while Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc will offer a dedicated tasting lounge.
Other activations include Jack Daniel's Ready to Drink Experience, Gosling Rum, High Noon's Lifeguard celebration with DJ Anthony the Great and additional specialty beverage offerings.
Together, these experiences create a festival atmosphere that extends well beyond traditional restaurant tastings, combining South Florida's food culture with the energy of a beachfront celebration.

A Celebration of South Florida's Culinary Community
Now in its 14th year, the South Beach Seafood Festival continues to bring together chefs, restaurants and hospitality professionals while celebrating the start of South Florida's stone crab season.
The festival also supports the CI Foundation's EAT SMART program, which provides healthy meals and nutritional education to children and communities through initiatives in Miami-Dade County public schools.
With four blocks of food, drinks, music and culinary entertainment, Seafood Slam offers one of the most expansive experiences of the festival weekend.
Whether you're coming to discover a new favorite restaurant, cheer on local chefs or simply spend an afternoon eating your way through South Beach, this is one event worth adding to your October calendar.
