The Confidante Dinner Club kicks off on Friday, October 26th with a three-course, tequila-paired menu!

Each month expect a specially curated collaboration where dinner is paired with a new spirit brand. For this inaugural event, Bird & Bone’s Chef Richard Hales will match a three-course dinner with Tequila Revolución. Guests will be invited into The Confidante’s 1930’s house - a private, outdoor Spanish-style bungalow.

Priced at $100 per person, guests will begin their experience with a welcome beverage and passed hors d’oeuvres. Advance reservations are required and can be booked by emailing or calling (305) 424-1234. Space is limited to 25 guests and reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Second Course

Smoked Bone-In Veal Short Rib
Pomegranate BBQ, Onion Chow Chow and Cauliflower Puree
paired with Extra Añejo
36-month aged with notes of smoky and sweet citrus

Third Course

Candied Apple Cake
Agave Lime Frosting, Peanut Brittle
paired with Cristalino Tequila
18-month aged from Añejo with a round and velvety ultra-smooth, sweet agave finish
