Guests can choose from appetizers such as Spicy Moroccan Lamb Meatballs, Roasted Octopus, and Andalusian Gazpacho. A variety of entrees are available which include Roasted Chicken, Wok Charred Salmon, and Grain Bolognese, with desserts such as Chocolate cake. At the helm of Verde is Executive Chef Hedy Goldsmith, the menu is locally inspired, featuring dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Uchi - 252 NW 25th Street Miami, FL, 33127 Uchi Miami will be opening its doors just in time for the day of love.
Love in luxury this Valentine’s Day. Uchi will offer their guests a special ten course omakase menu for an incredibly approachable price of $250++ per couple. The meal will begin with Oysters served with a champagne mignonette, orange caviar and vanilla, followed by Ora King Crudo with passion fruit zu, lychee, ginger, kinmedai and kanpachi. Following their first impressions, couples will try Bok Choy topped with sesame and gochugaru butter, Seared Scallop plated with braised turnip and a shaoxing citrus marmalade, Bluefin Otoro and caviar gunkan, and Kurodai Crudo with plantain, avocado and yuzu kosho. The final act lovers and friends can savor in Uchi’s three savory courses will be Intermezzo with herb soda and aloe, Sashimi, Bluefin cutoro, and A5 Striploin served with a beef fat fritter, black truffle and black garlic. For the dessert course, guests can indulge in a Chocolate Candy Bar with peanut, salted caramel and raspberry. This one-night only special omakase menu is one you will not want to miss!
