The South Beach Wine & Food Festival® Turns 25
November 12, 2025Each December, as the art world descends upon Miami Beach, The Sagamore South Beach becomes a canvas of creativity, conversation, and culinary indulgence. On Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the legendary hotel will once again host its 24th Iconic Sagamore Brunch, a signature Art Week tradition that draws more than a thousand artists, collectors, and cultural visionaries to its oceanfront grounds at 1671 Collins Avenue.
This year’s brunch, part of BitBasel’s sixth edition “Fingerprints of Humanity,” promises a morning of inspiration and artistry, blending the worlds of fine dining, innovation, and global perspective in quintessential Miami style.

A Celebration of Creativity and Connection
Hosted by Ronit Neuman, owner of The Sagamore South Beach, the event continues the property’s legacy of championing art as a living, breathing experience. “The Sagamore Brunch has always been about fostering creative dialogue and celebrating the collective spirit that defines Miami Beach,” said Neuman. “This year’s theme reminds us that our artistic expressions are the fingerprints we leave on humanity.”
The 2025 edition is set to unveil The Orb of Harmony, a striking seven-foot sculptural installation by international artist KEF! (Simon Röhlen). Created in collaboration with Sobe Sky Development, The Morris Lapidus Foundation, and BitBasel, the piece pays tribute to architect Morris Lapidus, whose iconic designs helped shape the city’s Art Deco identity. The Orb stands as a symbol of unity and creative legacy—an invitation to reflect on harmony in both art and architecture.

Inspiring Perspectives
The morning’s keynote address will be delivered by NASA astronaut Nicole Stott, whose talk connects the cosmos to the canvas. Drawing from her acclaimed Ocean Planet exhibition, Stott will explore humanity’s interconnectedness with Earth’s ecosystems—a message that resonates deeply during Art Week, when creativity becomes a universal language.

A Symphony for the Senses
Throughout the event, the South Florida Symphony Orchestra will perform live, providing a melodic backdrop that complements the day’s immersive programming. Guests can expect an atmosphere alive with sound, color, and flavor—hallmarks of the Sagamore experience.
The grounds will transform into a multi-sensory playground featuring interactive art installations, live mural painting, and signature mixology stations. A curated menu of culinary delights will complete the experience, ensuring that guests can savor the art of cuisine as much as the cuisine of art.

Community and Collaboration
Following opening remarks by Jordan Gvili, speaking on behalf of Peter Kanavos, guests will hear from Commissioner Alex Fernandez, Anabel Llopis, and Scott Spiegel, each offering insights into the collaborative effort behind The Orb of Harmony and its message of creative unity.
The Sagamore Brunch has long served as a bridge between the local community and the global art scene, and this year’s edition reaffirms its place as one of Miami Art Week’s most anticipated gatherings—where dialogue, design, and discovery meet over breakfast and bubbles.
